Used 11 x 7 pan. 8 croissants. Cut filling in half. Cut sugar to 1 cup, & used buttermilk instead of reg milk. Used 1/2 cup chocolate chips & 1/2 cup dried cranberries.

This was edible but found the directions to be poorly written. There was way too much clumpy milk mixture. I think if the milk mixture was cut in half and the true 13 ounces of croissant, versus the 10-13 ounces noted in the recipe, are used it will be better, but I don’t think I’d make again. I’ll just stick with adding chocolate chips to Trader Joe’s frozen, mini croissants.

It was alright, needed a few more minutes in oven. I really thought it would be richer than it was. The family enjoyed trying a new recipe, will probably make again.

This was very tasty, but we used it for dessert instead of breakfast because it was so sweet.

i think maybe the instructions weren't descriptive enough - it ended up a gloppy, soggy, burnt mess!

I tweaked the recipe a bit. Only put 8 oz cream cheese in, added another egg, and added dried cranberries. It was fantastic!

This thing just would not set. Our's ended up cooking for well over an hour, and we had to eventually cover it with foil to stop the croissant tips peaking through from burning. Our croissants weighed in at 10 ounces though and we wonder if that extra 3 ounces would've helped.
That said, it was good. We did chop up four strawberries and add them to the cream cheese mixture. We'll likely make this again, but I think I'll wait until it is cold outside and I won't mind my oven running for a while & heating up the kitchen.

To much chocolate, according to the chocoholics in my house! Next time we'll use less chocolate because the rest of it was delicious.

These turned out amazingly good! A tad sweet so I'll probably add less sugar next time. I halved everything with like six mini croissants. Even though it's supposed to be for breakfast I served this as a dessert with strawberries it was fantastic! I burned it a tad so maybe 25-30 minutes is good since the croissants are already baked.
