- 16 oz. cream cheese (softened, full fat, 1/3-less fat, or nonfat)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 oz. chocolate
- 4 oz. chocolate
- 3 Tbsp. Truvia (powdered, / Swerve / erythritol / xylitol, or more/less, to taste; use coffee grinder to powder. My favorite is Swerve!)
- 3 drops liquid (regular or chocolate stevia, to taste, if desired)
- 1/16 tsp. salt (or a "pinch" of salt, I love using Redmond RealSalt!)
- 1 tsp. vanilla (or 1/4 tsp. other flavoring - almond, orange, lemon, etc.)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (and/or finely chopped nuts, if desired)
