- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain, any fat ratio, just whatever you have on hand)
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz. dark chocolate (75% cacao, I used Lindt because they use bourbon vanilla bean in their chocolate, Yum!)
- sea salt (Course, for garnish, optional)
- 1 egg
- 6 cupcake
- 1 sauce (small)
- 1 creamer (spouted, pitcher for pouring)
