- 4 oz. dark chocolate (chopped)
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- 1/3 cup unsalted pistachios (chopped)

Directions
- Cut the rind of the pineapple and slice into wedges. Place them on skewers.
- On a preheated grill, place the pineapple skewers on medium-high flames. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and place on a plate.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with coconut and pistachios.
