- 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste (can substitute 1:1 pure vanilla extract)
- 1 Tbsp. espresso powder (freshly ground is best, but instant will work, too)
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 6 oz. dark chocolate (or semisweet, bittersweet, chopped, I like to use a combo!)
