- 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
- 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla bean (powder, or 1 teaspoon extract)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup mashed banana (1 large, 2 small)
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 3 Tbsp. water (or milk)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup shredded zucchini (packed, squeeze of the excess water)
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips (I like these ones)
