- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate, I used this)
- 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. canela
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites (or 6 TBS liquid egg whites)
- 1 banana (medium ripe, mashed well)
- 6 Tbsp. coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
- 2 cups zucchini (grated, about 2 medium)
- 4 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips (mini, *, I used Enjoy Life Dairy-Free)
