Yum! I left out the coconut, just because I didn’t have any. Not doing that again. Only made one batch. We won’t wait until the first batch is gone to make more! Next time I think I’ll put Wheat germ in and roll in Flax Seed. Can’t wait to try other combinations, too! Craisins and white chocolate chips. Raisins with almond butter. The variety is endless.
