- 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum (omit if your blend already contains it)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (use dairy free chips to keep the recipe dairy free, if necessary)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 2 1/8 cups zucchini (grated)
- 2 eggs (100 g, weighed out of shell at room temperature)
- 1/4 cup neutral oil (like grapeseed, canola or vegetable oil)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

I used mini chocolate chips, full white cane sugar and it taste really good. Cooks less than 30mins in these shapes.
