Description

- 85 grams white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 170 grams flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 170 grams chocolate chips
- 80 grams walnuts (chopped)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 190 Celsius.
- Cream the butter together with the brown and white sugars. Add the egg and vanilla and mix well to combine.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to the wet ingredients and mix slightly to incorporate.
- Form into balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly golden around the edges.
