- 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips (see note)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (look for gluten-free and dairy-free if you are trying to avoid those; I used Ghiradelli Bittersweet)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
