- 12 oz. cherry jam (jar of)
- 2 Tbsp. amaretto (or Cherry Heering)
- 1 1/4 cups unsalted butter (softened)
- 8 oz. mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
- 5 cups confectioner's sugar
- 2 Tbsp. amaretto
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- milk (or half and half as needed)
