Really moist and tasty! I am getting ready to make it again and I am going to make a few changes. First, I am going to pour half of the cake mix in the pan and then pour the cheesecake filling then finish pouring the rest of the cake mix on top. That way the cheesecake filling will be more in the center of the cake instead of the bottom. I am also gonna double the icing to drizzle over the cake! It is so good and needs more to drizzle (or even cover) the cake. Easy cake to make a very simple and good. For variety,
I'm going to color the icing too.
