OMG This was so easy and delicious. I am a chocolate lover so I added a tablespoon of special dark cocoa and a little more sugar. So rich and creamy.

Rich, delicious cheesecake! I would make it again, but would leave more crust in the bottom and only go up the sides about 1/2 inch

Thick and bitter... we're worried we used the wrong type of cookie for the crust. we're going to try again using milk chocolate chips and a different crust.
