- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
- pinches ground cloves (tiniest)
- black pepper (twists couple,)
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup extra virgin coconut oil (lightly warmed to liquify)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
