Description
Two of my favorite things in the world to snack on and drink are chocolate and coffee. This recipe I have created was inspired from these. It's smooth and the chocolate and cappuccino flavors combine, just compliments this dessert. I can say without a doubt it was indeed amazing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 16 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. extracts (vanilla)
- 1 tsp. extracts (almond)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa (un-sweetened)
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate (melted)
- 1 packet cappuccino (nestle, mix, brand of your choice)

Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture in 8.5" pan evenly at bottom and sides of pan. Bake in oven for 7 minutes.
- In medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar and extracts. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add buttermilk to mixture.
