Directions

1. In a bowl we mix the flour together with the sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt, beaten egg, milk and oil. We beat to integrate, but not overbeat.
2. We put half of the mixture in a cup, then we add the caramels and sprinkle with a few grains of sea salt.
3. We empty the rest of the mixture, and take to microwave for 1:30 minutes at the highest power. We check if it is cooked (toothpick, or touch, if it is firm and bounces like a mattress, that's it). If time lacks, we cook 30 seconds in 30 seconds, always checking at those intervals.
4. We take out and serve.
