This was fantastic. I needed a recipe for a Swiss Roll that I could use to make mini yule logs for Christmas for my farmer's market booth. I made the mini Swiss Rolls. I filled half with sweetened whipped cream and half with chocolate Swiss Meringue buttercream. The cake rolled up perfectly and it tasted delicious.
