These were almost perfect. The texture of the cookies are brownie like which is awesome, but I think it needs just touch more sugar. Also just a tip, if you have a standing mixer, mix the liquid ingredients second and gradually add it to the dry. It’ll mix better. Also I used Carmel macchiato protein powder which was 👌 with the cocoa powder. Loved this recipe 😍
