- 1/3 avocado
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. cacao nibs (blend some and sprinkle some on top)
- 1/2 Tbsp. spirulina
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla powder (or extract)
- 1/2 Tbsp. honey (to sweeten, substitute maple syrup or stevia)
- 1 protein powder (serving of your preferred)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or fresh)
- 1 cup spinach (kale, or other leafy green)
- 1 Tbsp. flax seeds
