- 2 Tbsp. xylitol (see note)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
- 2 Tbsp. psyllium husks (whole)
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds (ground, from about 1 Tbsp/15 ml whole chia)
- 3/4 cup pecan halves (or pieces)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1 tsp. canela
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (at room temperature)
- 3 Tbsp. milk (alternative, choice, I use unsweetened almond milk)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate (good quality, chopped)
- 1 pkg. tofu (” extra-firm Mori Nu, or use medium regular tofu)
- 1/2 cup raw cashews (or 1/4 cup, 60 ml cashew butter)
- 1/2 cup xylitol (see note)
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. liquid (pure plain or vanilla stevia, or to taste)
- 1 tsp. almond extract (pure)
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup fruit spread (100%, I used the cranberry sauce at the bottom of this post)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut nectar (or stevia, to taste)
