I made this for a work party, it’s definitely different from normal cupcakes. It has the texture of a brownie although it’s pretty delicious. I added a banana and coconut topper and it was pretty cute. Great alternative to normal cupcakes. Did take longer to bake then than normal cupcakes as well, 25 minutes for me and my oven runs hot. End result was yummy!
