i made some changes..the calories from the recipe really bothered me that is why i gave it a four. I used monk sugar, steel cut oats, hulled hemp seed, and a scoop of protein powder. i believe the added ingredients made this a healthier choice. I cooked it for the recommended time and it came out fine. It is a chewier bread and the steel cut oats are noticeable. I liked the texture but my husband did not. The flavor was good and i will eat it (I'll put some in freezer) I would make again with the changes.
