I added extra chia seeds and coconut milk. I like to freeze in small containers and then pull out for my lunch.

Very tasty healthy alternative to pudding! Make sure you have time to let it sit in the fridge before serving. Much tastier the second time I pulled it out of the fridge to eat it.

A good way to satisfy that chocolate craving and use up avocados. I liked it for myself but my kids thought it was too much cocoa-taste.. As if there's a such thing!

Amazing pudding and so healthy. At first I added less maple syrup for sweetener because I like things less sweet but because of the cacao powder and avocado you do need a certain amount of sweetness to combat and meld with the bitterness.
Also as I am allergic to coconut I had to use earth-balance instead, I loved how buttery and creamy it came out so it seemed to have been a good substitution
