- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1/2 cup cornstarch (or tapioca flour)
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. guar gum
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup evaporated cane juice (or a little more if you like things sweeter)
- 2 1/4 cups applesauce
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla (I like to make my own)
- 1 cup chocolate chips (dairy-free)
- 1/2 cup evaporated cane juice
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy-free, I like to use my homemade coconut milk)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
