  • 1 1/3 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/4 cups almond meal (or finely ground almonds)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar (I use ½ cup and it’s sweet enough for me)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract (ok to omit, cookies are still delicious!)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (sifted, optional)
