- 1 cup almond butter (works beautifully with cashew nut butter too)
- 1/3 cup brown rice syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut butter (I used Coconut Merchant butter)
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup desiccated coconut (I used Coconut Merchant)
- 4 tsp. raw cacao powder (depending how rich you want it to be)
- chocolate (topping)
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (check the refined sugars and nasties, not all of them are clean)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (I used Provamel)
