Description
Fast, healthy, low calorie chocolate cake. Guilt free chocolate cake makes a great after dinner dessert. Substitute sugar with any artificial sweetener and use egg whites in place of yolks. Fromage Blanc is added to the mixture for a creamy, smooth, airy textured cake. Oat bran takes the place of flour. Not only does it helps solidify the cake, but also provides high levels of protein and fiber. Each slice of chocolate cake is moist and bursting with sweet chocolate flavor, without the remorse.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- sweetener (to taste)
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsp. fromage blanc
- white cheese
- 1/2 tsp. oat bran
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Beat egg whites, then mix with yolks, sweetener, and cocoa powder.
- Add the cheese and oat bran and mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
