- 1 medium zucchini
- 7 medjool dates (or 1/4 cup rice malt syrup / raw honey / maple syrup, please do not use agave)
- 1/2 avocado (medium sized, it will still work without this if you can’t eat avocado)
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup raw cacao
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda (bi-carb, baking soda)
- 1 tsp. vanilla powder (/ vanilla bean paste, you can use vanilla extract if you don’t have either of these)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut cream (/ or milk of your choice)
