- 750 grams whey (Vegan /, BallBag, use the original nutty BallBags, not the LunchBox Friendly ones.)
- 100 grams butter (plain, unflavoured raw cacao, roughly chopped into small chunks)
- 100 grams roasted nuts (I used almonds here)
- 6 tsp. vanilla essence (or to taste)
- 80 grams coconut oil (or water, add until they stick together well when squeezed)
- 1 block chocolate (quality dark cooking, I used Lindt, dark cooking choccy 70% here – it worked nicely.)
