  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats (Alara SO)
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 10 drops mint extract (depending on preference)

    Directions

    1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and let it run until a sticky dough forms around the blade
    2. Roll into bite-sized energy balls and pop in the fridge for 20 minutes to set
    3. If you like it more minty, add 10 drops, but 5 drops were plenty for us
