- 1 lb. cod fillet (cut into 4 pieces)
- 1 slice whole grain bread (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. grated lime peel
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/8 tsp. ground chipotle chile pepper

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°. On baking sheet, arrange cod; set aside.
- In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except bread. Evenly spread over cod, then top with bread crumbs.
- Bake 15 minutes or until cod flakes with a fork. Garnish, if desired, with thinly sliced green onions and lime wedges.
