We loved it! I didn't have chipotle so I used a little saracha sauce it was great

Very intense flavor. Too much cumin and lime and I even put less than the recipe called for. Not for me.

Really liked this recipe. However, I didnt add cilantro, red peppers, or chipolte due to stomach issues. Still, it had lots of flavor and, if you have a little time, is even a good week night side (or main course)

Recipe looked so good and I think we would have really liked it except for the cumin...way too much cumin for our tastes!
