- 1 red onion (chopped)
- 1 green bell pepper (large, chopped)
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)

- seasoning
- 1 tsp. canela (you may want to add more at the end if using the IP)
- 2 tsp. cumin (or more for IP)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder (or more for IP)
- 1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
- 14.5 oz. petite diced tomatoes
- 15 oz. pumpkin puree
- 15 oz. black beans (well rinsed and drained)
- 1 tsp. chipotle puree (or more, to taste, just put the contents of a can of chipotle in adobo in a food processor and process until smooth)
- chopped cilantro (optional)
- plain greek yogurt (optional)
