Really delicious! The bbq sauce and sweet potato salsa were great! I didn’t follow the instructions for the brisket and should have. Instead tried cooking in instantapot....bad idea. But simmering leftovers in the bbq sauce turned out amazing well. Will make again.

Pretty good. I used fully cooked brisket and seasoned it without the chipotle. It was already seasoned but needed more. I'm hoping that I baked the alcohol out of the beer in 15 minutes. It didn't take the sweet potatoes nearly that long to cook. Maybe 20 minutes but I would make sure to check on them in 15. However, I only cut up less than 1/4 of the potato.
