- 2 tsp. raw sugar
- 1/4 cup kamut flour (organic)
- 1/4 cup bread flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup cashew flour
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup bread flour (for dusting and kneading.)
- 1 mac and cheese (recipe Roasted tomato cauliflower Chipotle, recipe or any other of my mac & cheese)
- 2 Tbsp. ground cashew (more and used gf mini quinoa shells for the pictures)
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dried herbs (choice, I used parsley and chipotle pepper flakes)
- 2 tsp. nutritional yeast (optional)
