- 1 slice whole wheat bread
- 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro leaves (fresh)
- 1/2 tsp. lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. grate lime peel (finely)
- 1/8 tsp. ground chipotle chile pepper
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
- 1 lb. salmon

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Bake 15 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.
- Process bread, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, lime peel and chile pepper until bread turns into crumbs. Add Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise and process just until combined.
- Arrange salmon on baking sheet or broiler pan. Top with bread crumb mixture.
