Description
Try this twist on a taco salad using chipotles en adobo. It is a fabulous salad which will definitely get added to your family dinner rotation.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa (Old El Paso™ Thick 'n)
- 2 tsp. chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (finely chopped, from 7-oz can)
- 9 oz. romaine lettuce (leafy green)
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded deli)
- 1 cup cherry tomato (halves)
- 1 ripe avocado (medium, cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1/2 cup sweet corn (canned whole kernel, drained)
- 1/2 cup red onion (bite-size pieces thinly sliced)
- 6 Old El Paso Taco Shells (from 4.6-oz box, broken into large pieces or crushed)
