I really enjoy this marinade. You can increase/decrease heat by how much Adobe sauce you use. Add a little sauce blend, taste, and add more if you prefer. I sometimes add a little squeeze of honey. I like to make 4 or 5 lbs of chicken breast at once using different marinades and freeze them for use later. This marinade is a keeper!
