- 1/4 tsp. cayenne (ground)
- 2 chipotle peppers
- 2 Tbsp. adobo sauce
- 1/2 poblano pepper
- 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (or other vinegar)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper

- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast (1/4 -)
- 8 oz. frozen corn kernels (250 grams)
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely diced)
- 1/2 jalapeño (fresh, seed removed and finely diced)
- 1/2 poblano peppers (seeds removed and finely diced)
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- salt (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 onion (diced finely)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. cumin

- 2 cans black beans (liquid drained and reserved)

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 bell peppers (cut into strips)
- 1 red onion (sliced)
- 3 portobello mushroom caps (sliced 1/4 inch, 1/2 centimeter thick)
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh oregano (chopped)
