- 2 chilli (dried chipotle, if you don't have one to hand, you can always use more chipotle chilli powder instead)
- 2 onion (chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped.)
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes
- 2 vegetable stock (cubes, crumbled, I find Oxo crumble the best)
- 1 g black beans
- 2 Tbsp. tomato puree
- 2 tsp. chilli powder (chipotle)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tsp. peanut butter (optional)
