- 2 oz. salami (good Italian, cut into 1/4-inch cubes)
- 10 oz. shiitake mushrooms caps (fresh, thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 cups long-grain rice (Chinese, * I would not try and sub in a different type of rice as it could get mushy)
