Description
I created this budget beating, one pot, quick, easy and tasty recipe from a combination of about 10 recipes I found online; and, it really “checks ALL the boxes” and it can be frozen too.
Ingredients

- 1 liter cold water
- 1 garlic clove (peeled and crushed)
- 1/4 tsp. spice mix (1.25 ml or a pinch Chicken, or Chicken Seasoning or Chicken Dry Rub Mix)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 chicken breast (170g – 220g or 6 oz. – 8 oz., skinless and deboned)
- 400 grams sweetcorn (Can Creamed)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 73 grams chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup spring onions (chopped, optional)

Directions
- Add 500 ml (2 cups or ½ quart) chicken stock; OR 500 ml (2 cups or ½ quart) water and ½ chicken stock or bouillon cube, together with garlic and spices to a 1.5 liter (1½ quart) saucepan.
- Bring to the boil over medium - high heat.
- Add chicken breast and return to the boil.
