I am in love with this recipe! Never knew it was this easy to make these! So delicious; I will never order from takeout ever again!! So much fun to make and even more fun to eat!

Tasty and good for beginners! I tried another recipe but the technique to form the pancakes was difficult and I ended up with pancakes that were too doughy. This recipe has an easier technique -just fold in scallions and roll out. Also, this recipe is more scallion heavy compared to ratios on other recipes I’ve seen, which I am in favor of!
