The recipe give you SO much dough, and even more of the dough mixed with sweet potato... My rolls were enormous after rolling them up and cutting them out. I wouldn’t be able to fit even two in my steamer basket at one time... So, I decided to treat them like cinnamon rolls, let them rise in a pan overnight and baked them next morning. Still tasted great and looked amazing! But next time I think I’ll cut the dough balls in half before rolling
