    Tasty and light! I add chopped red bell pepper and edamame to brighten it up. Also, to reduce calories I omit the almonds, cut the sesame seeds in half, and just use cooking spray instead of butter when roasting the ramen and the sesame seeds. Love serving this with grilled chicken breasts or a rotisserie chicken.
