    The sauce had great flavor and the chicken was crisp and juicy. I used two chicken breasts but there wasn't enough sauce as it just barely coated the chicken so there was none left for the side of rice. Next time I'll double the sauce.

    Good recipe but can really ditch the marinade unless your going to do it hours before hand

    Fantastic recipe! Chicken is crispy, sauce is flavorful and served over rice makes a great midnight meal 🤣

    Excellent! Cook for the extra time, it's worth it for the crispness. We did had the amount of ginger as not big fans and still tasted amazing.

    Came out just great. The extra crispy version worth the extra 5 minutes of resting the chicken and re-frying it. Will try out the same with honey next time.
