  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/3 cup potato starch
  • 1/4 cup arrowroot powder
  • sauce (Ingredients:)
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (this was the juice of 2 large lemons)
  • 1/4 cup plum sauce (this can be found in the Asian section of most grocery stores)
  • 1 sugar (rounded tablespoon)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon arrowroot (or cornstarch)
  • 1 pinch salt (to taste)
