- 200 grams snow peas
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce

Tasted great. Added some additional five spice to the medallions as I put them I the skillet. Swapped the snow peas for sugar snap. Also should have cooked the noodles at the last minute versus cooking them in the beginning. I used rice vermicelli and they gummed up on me because they sat there too long after they were cooked.
