Really easy to make and if you like eggplant it's a good way to prepare it. Served it with couscous and it was delicious.

This was so quick and easy to make very tasty even with using very few ingredients I will definitely make this again!

I liked this recipe. I added honey since i am not currently using sugar. I didn't have green peppers so i used red and i also added some ground chili peppers. I'll be making this again.

To save some time I put chilli and garlic first then eggplant. It turned out good too. Thanks.

I didn’t follow it perfectly, but it was good. Not garlicky, like I was hoping for, but good.

Love the recipe. I added minced ginger and chili pepper just to improvise.
